Is there ANYTHING available to try to disguise the awful crepey and sagging skin on my neck. I am unable to have surgery or anything like that, how can I disguise it please????

I am struggling to find a shampoo and conditioner, I want to find one that leaves my hair squeaky clean but I can use every day, my hair is very fine, and I find that some products leave my hair feeling like there is a build up on it and leaves it looking lank.

I have always used good products on my skin but find after about using a range for 6 months that it seems to stop working is this just my skin or am I making poor product choices?
