Value for money and The Mature skin

I am old and fed up but still keep trying to look my best! Question is am I wasting money trying to improve the awful sagging skin on my neck and the sun damage caused by years of getting a tan darker than anyone!!?? Please tell me the truth as I seem to be a sucker for believing the blurbs all these skin firming creams and collagen boosting blurbs. I am retired and watch my pennies. Thanks for a great web. Sheila.

Hi Sheila

Highly effective skin care need not cost the earth. As our skin ages and the skin slacken and starts to show the signs of sun damage we do need to use products that firm, stimulate cell renewal and plump up the skin, smoothing out wrinkles.

My two favourite lines for doing this at a minimum cost are L'Oreal and Roc; they both have highly effective ingredients and great results on a mature skin.

We all want our skin to be in the best, smoothest condition possible for our age and it is important to use age specific products as what will leave a 30 year old's skin glowing and plump will not do the same for a 60 year old skin.  It is less to do with how much you spend and more to do with getting the skin care right to meet the needs and age of your skin.

Roc Retin-Ox Multi-Correxion Day & Night £17.99 (moisturiser)
Roc Retin-Ox Multi-Correxion Eyes £15.99 (eye care)
Roc Retin-Ox Serum Max £24.99 (boosting anti-age serum)

L'Oreal Age Re-Perfect Pro-Calcium Day £11.99(moisturiser)
L'Oreal Age Re-Perfect Pro-Calcium Night £12.99 (moisturiser)
